Lagoon and Lincoln...

Not my favorite place in the world, but still lots of fun for the family! (minus Benji) Thank to ARUP for having their company picnic there.

Doesn't Ethan make a cute Abraham Lincoln! He is so smart!

Natural Disasters and more...

Darling Boy. Awesome Singer. Great rolemodel and missionary. Murray resident. #2 on American Idol. You are wonderful David Archuleta! We Love You! You might think I don't have any other children besides Em, and Benj, since I always write about those two. But I do, and his name is Ethan. The other day he called me from school. In all seriousness he said, "Mom you will never believe the Natural Disaster that happened with me today! I was sitting there doing my work....(suspense building) and all of the sudden a big booger bubble formed out of my nose. Kids and Miss Helme were laughing, so I started laughing and then boogers were flying everywhere! Mom...I want to know what solution you have for my problem!" She is soo cute though I can't help but put this on too! :) So much for equality in posts among the children. (sidenote: Yeah soccer season is over!)

Birthday Buddies

I had such a nice time at lunch with Shannon and Cozette today. Today Shannon turned 44, Friday Cozette turns 55 and I am of course 33. Isn't that cool! KSL didn't do the story so I thought I would "publish" our crazy coincidence. We have been having lunch together once a month for 6 years now. They are my mentors and precious friends. I learn so much from their influence. Cozy is like a Mormon Martha Stewart (minus the prison time) and Shannon is like Mormon Mother Teresa. I love you both!

Thank you to all of you who called, sent messages, and brought gifts. This has been a great birthday! Here's to a great year ahead!

This weeks thoughts and goings-on...

Okay fellow blog-readers, hang on, I have a lot to say today...

1. Women's Conference Rocks! I was so inspired to be a better Mother, Wife and Woman! Unfortunately, those feelings flew out the window when I got home and faced reality!

2. I loved my comfy costco jams i got for the occasion. I know you can't really see them. But you get the idea.

3. The accomadations were sub par to say the least. The room felt like a jail cell!

4. We had so much fun! The ragin concert at the marriott center was the highlightof the whole time! Isn't Tara cute?!

5. Jason Castro is going home tonight!! His time has run out!
6. I bought my last box of diapers yesterday...I hope! Benji better be close to figuring this potty stuff out! This morning he sang "We are the champions..of the world." Now if I can just get him singing that on the toilet!
7. I am so sick of driving my kids to stuff and doing their homework! Only one month of school left!
8. Dan is building a shed. I think he feels this need to build something since our neighbors are. These constant projects he does are trying my patience!
9. My 33rd Birthday is coming up on Monday, (present alert!) and I don't think my husband will write a tribute like Abi's did. Or stop sawing long enough to take me to dinner.
10. And last but not least..Mother's day. It is full of stress and disappointment! Why do we do this to ourselves when supposedly it is our day to enjoy???
11. I am so annoyed with project playlist. If I hear "like a star" on my blog one more time I am going to scream. I can't login and they won't send me a new password. I am so sarcastic and irritated today. Am I going to start my period or something?
12. Guess what...I renewed my Real Estate licence today! I finished my courses online and I am paying all my thousand dues as I type. Thanks to family (Jennie and Mike) prodding I am gettin back in the game! Only a little bit back though. I am not going to let it take over my life this time. I am excited. And nervous.

That's all folks!

That's all folks!
See ya!
