I cannot believe it has been so long since I posted anything. We have this huge camera and I don't take as many pictures as I used to. Without pictures to post I guess I figured that no one would be interested. But You know what, I miss just getting on here and getting stuff off my chest. So if you are not interested in reading my ramblings, don't. I totally understand. But I think I will do it anyway.
First, I want to say how excited I am to have another girl on the way. Everytime I feel her move I am excited. The tought of a new baby in our family to love and get to know is so joyful to think about. On the other (less important in the long run obviously) side is the great new challenge and amount of work we (mostly me) are about to undertake. It is a little scary at times. And I hate to admit this because I have always believed all children are difficult at different stages, but girls might just be more difficult in a very irrational way. Emma is definitely my hardest right now! And I have a three year old, so that is saying a lot. She is whiney, tantruming (still at 7), determined to do it always her way (even if it goes against what you have told her not to do), distracted (her teachers and I have to say her name multiple times to get her to respond), and very demanding. I am hoping this is just a phase and she will come out of it in time. She is sweet darling girl who everyone loves (especially me). Am I in for it though, with another girl waiting in the wings? Are girls really just more emotional and harder to reason with than boys?
